Life often feels like you are walking through a fog. You might be feeling stuck, overwhelmed by the chaos of daily life, or wrestling with the weight of past trauma. You want to move forward, but you aren't sure how to take the first step.

My Calling & Approach

I entered the counseling field to walk alongside people in all seasons of life—whether you are navigating generalized anxiety, depression, or a difficult life transition. No struggle is "too small" to deserve care.

In addition to these daily challenges, God has placed a specific burden on my heart for survivors of abuse, first responders navigating PTSD, and those serving in ministry. These groups often carry the heaviest loads in silence, and I am dedicated to providing a safe harbor for them.

My goal is to help you build a rich and meaningful life. I utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you identify what truly matters to you and take action toward those values. Whether you are carrying the weight of a congregation, the memories of a difficult call, or simply feeling "stuck" in your daily routine, we will work together to move forward.
